July 2026 — Decide the direction
NEET 2026 results (re-exam of 21 June) arrive in late July.
Family sits down once: budget ceiling (total, in ₹), risk appetite, repeat-year appetite.
One honest counselling session; shortlist 2–3 countries.
Passport applications go NOW if not done — Tatkal if needed. This is the #1 delay we see.
August 2026 — Lock the university
Verify FMGL 2021 compliance of every shortlisted university.
Apply with documents: 10th/12th marksheets, NEET scorecard, passport copy.
Admission letters arrive in 1–3 weeks; hostel preference goes to early applicants.
Talk to current students on campus before paying anything (we arrange this).
September 2026 — Money and visa
Pay first-year tuition directly to the university's official account; keep every receipt.
University issues the official invitation letter, then visa filing (Russia: allow 4–6 weeks total; we handle the paperwork).
Medical tests, notarised/apostilled documents, forex arrangements for living money.
Book flights the moment the visa is stamped — September fares beat October's.
October 2026 — Fly and settle
Most Russian government universities begin international batches September–October; late-October is usually the final entry.
Arrival: airport pickup, hostel allotment, migration registration, local SIM and bank/Mir card — our on-ground network in Russia walks freshers through all of it in week one.
Classes begin.
November 2026 onward — If you missed it
A few universities offer limited winter/spring intakes, but choices shrink sharply. The better move for most late deciders: use the year for NEET 2027 + FMGE-foundation study and enter the 2027 cycle early and calm.
