2. Kazan State Medical University
Tuition 6,00,000 RUB/yr (₹5.7L). City: Kazan. One of Russia's oldest and most respected medical schools; competitive intake, excellent labs and hospitals. Best if budget allows.
3. Kazan Federal University (Institute of Medicine)
Tuition 5,40,000 RUB/yr (₹5.1L). City: Kazan. Top-5 Russian federal university with modern infrastructure and research exposure.
4. Privolzhsky Research Medical University
Tuition ~4,600 USD/yr. City: Nizhny Novgorod. Research-focused, strong clinical base, growing Indian batch sizes.
5. Volgograd State Medical University
Long history with international students; well-structured English program. City: Volgograd.
6. Bashkir State Medical University
Tuition ~4,90,080 RUB/yr. City: Ufa. Large hospital network, active Indian student association.
7. Perm State Medical University
Tuition ~5,500 USD/yr. City: Perm. Solid government option with reasonable living costs.
8. Orenburg State Medical University
Tuition ~6,000 USD/yr. City: Orenburg. Popular with Indian students for a decade; Indian mess on campus.
9. Kemerovo State Medical University
Budget tier. City: Kemerovo. One of the most affordable government options that still meets all compliance checks.
10. Mari State University
Tuition ~6,000 USD/yr. City: Yoshkar-Ola. Budget-friendly, calm student city, good hostel availability.
